Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cannot be cancelled.

Once an order has entered processing, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications, as orders are quickly processed to ensure timely delivery.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Because we work with fulfillment partners and suppliers to process orders promptly, once an order is in production or shipment preparation, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
